Hiking and Riding

We had family arriving from Mississippi on Monday evening, so decided to take a ride up to Cottonwood Pass Monday morning.  Thought Sally and I might get a little time on the Continental Divide Trail.

We’re going over there?

Well, come on.

But, not before a romp in the snow.

We only did a short distance.  After spotting the largest squirrel she had ever seen, Sally only wanted to hunt.

Family arrived safely and we did some Jeep touring today.  Of course the battery died in my good camera and I only had the point and shoot.  Spent the day climbing over rocks, through creeks, and visiting old places.

Still lots of water in the high country.

All headed down hill.

I think we’ll do some more riding tomorrow….jc
