A Wonderful End

To a long day.

Drove a long way yesterday from Douglas, Wyoming to Big Timber, MT.  We received an invitation from Janna and Mike for dinner at their home a ways out of town.  We took full advantage of it.  After eight hours of Interstate driving it was a pleasure to get on the little highway climbing up the Boulder River toward their home.

There were deer in nearly every field we passed.

We must have seen fifty on the drive up and back, if not more.

We had a wonderful dinner with the two of them.  Emmi chased her ball for us.  We got a tour of the new Tin Tepee; and their awesome home. Janna’s quilting workshop was something to see, also.  A great evening with two special people.

We made our way back down the river before dark. An awesome ending to a good day…jc
