"Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime"-MARK TWAIN

Bryce Canyon

Yesterday, Wednesday, I took another hike into Bryce Canyon.  It was about 3 miles long, decending approximately 800 ft over two miles, then back up the same height in approximately 1 mile.

The trail down is a gradual descent.  We started at what is called Sunrise Point.

Another shot of the trail.

Do you like the hat?

Some random shots of the trail and the canyon.

Finall made it back to the top. A great hike.
